The Rules!
- Must be a photograph of a domestic companion animal (pet).
- Photos may contain multiple animals.
- No people, only pets! Photographs that include people will be disqualified.
- No special effects or filters may be added to the photos. However, pets with props or costumes are okay!
- Photographs must be high-resolution and adequately sized for print purposes
- most photos from modern smart phones (i.e. with 8 megapixel images or larger) should be fine if used at full size.
- The 12 entries that receive the most votes will be featured in the calendar's monthly pages. See the "Prizes" page for more details!
Copper Country Humane Society reserves the right to remove/disqualify any photo entries that do not follow the rules and/or are deemed inappropriate (including showing animals in unsafe situations).
How it works:
- A $10 tax deductible entry fee is required for each entry.
- Votes are $1 each, with a minimum donation of $5 (5 votes).
