Welcome to the Photo Contest for the 2019 Corinth-Alcorn Animal Shelter Pet Calendar. All proceeds from the entries and voting will benefit the Corinth, Mississippi Animal Shelter/Rescue! Each year, all photo entries are used to create a full color, full-sized wall calendar.
The online submission AND voting period begins on
Monday, July 30th at 10 a.m. CST and ends on Monday, September 3, 2018 at 10 p.m. CST. Each entry is $15. Each vote is $1 with a five ($5) vote minimum. All fees are considered tax deductible donations to CAAS.
Every dollar counts! We set a goal this year of $6,500. Help us reach and surpass our goal this year! When you enter your pet and/or vote in the 2019 Calendar Contest, you are directly supporting the thousands of abused, neglected, abandoned and injured animals that CAAS shelters each year.
Prizes
Grand Prize:
- The photo with the most votes at the end of the contest period will be our grand prize winner.
- Pet will receive a professional photo shoot by Bill Avery. CAAS will select two photos from professional shoot to be featured on the cover of calendar and as a pet of month inside the calendar. The original winning photo will also appear in calendar.
- The Grand Prize winner will receive five calendars.
Top 11 Winners:
- The next 11 photos with the most votes will be featured as a pet of the month inside the calendar.
- Each entrant will receive a calendar.
Everyone's a Winner:
- All eligible photo submissions will appear in the calendar, either as inset squares on the monthly calendar pages or in the collage pages.
- Each entrant will receive one calendar.
Friend of the Shelter Sponsor:
Reserve a day to honor your animal. Your animal's photo will appear on the day of your choice. Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the day and pay! First come first served! Once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available. Each day is $25. Each Friend of the Shelter Sponsor will receive one calendar.
