I am an AKC registered 7 1/2 year-old Great Dane. I’ve gone with my HARTT volunteer owner many times to help her find lost, injured and or dumped dogs in the mountains and desert. She rescued me from a pack of coyotes who were surrounding us on North Mountain while we were searching for a Phoenix Teacher’s lost St. Bernard. The story has a happy ending. The Saint Bernard was stolen and dumped in New Mexico, but we intercepted thanks to the HARTT team’s teamwork.
