Margot was an injured stray at the Maricopa County animal shelter in 2017. She had severe burns all the way down her back. Leslie was volunteering at the shelter and decided to foster her so that she had a comfortable place to heal from her injuries. Margot's burns took months to heal and she had such a resilient attitude during all this process. Well, we fell in love with her and decided to make her a permanent member of our family and she is doing really well.
