I always wanted a chihuahua. Our little Winston, found us. A neighborhood app alerted me that this sweet pup was in a kill shelter. I brought him home on my birthday. My husband and I love and share him together. Our hearts are fulfilled to be able to spoil and provide this sweet baby with a second chance at life in a loving home.
