Mickey / Kimber

Pet's Story or Bio
Kimber is a Patterdale Terrier whom was rescued by Old Dominion Humane Society in 2012 out of Spotsylvania Va animal shelter. I adopted Kimber in the Feb of 2013; she had been looked over for many months as a lot people thought she was a Min Pin / Jack Russell Mix. Kimber is what is called a Patterdale Terrier and she is what I call " THE LIFE OF THE PARTY"!! Mickey is also a rescue and Kimber's Adopted Sister! Mickey is a mix of Min Pin and weiner dog; she is one awesome Senior who is cranky at times though always finds time to play with her sister Kimber ! Mickey maybe a senior and she doesn't have many teeth ; though she's a survivor she was hours away from not making it out of the Prince Georges county animal shelter when she was rescued by Old Dominion Humane Society and brought to an adoption event where we picked her up to start fostering her. Happy to say after just a few hours I knew I was a foster failure!! Though Mickey was very grumpy and not friendly. Mickey's teeth were in such bad shape she had to have them removed. Once she had the bad teeth removed she was one happy camper!! Mickey and Kimber are the Adopted Twins that got their second chance show what Rescue; Foster and Adoption is all about!!
