Toby is 2 years old and the absolute sweetest. While he may not actually like the beach or swimming, he always loves having his picture taken, and was happy to pose for this one...as you can tell by his smile! He loves to hear that he is handsome :) He was diagnosed with an autoimmune form of meningitis when he was 6 months old and has been extra spoiled and crazy ever since!
