Rowan

Pet's Story or Bio
I found Rowan in South Carolina in the summer. He was living in a small, rural animal shelter. They only had concrete outdoor lots. Rowan was covered in sores, he had heartworm disease, and he had an injured back leg. Despite his pain and neglect, Rowan was and remains the sweetest dog with the biggest heart. He is a well known dog in Fredericksburg because his number one goal is to meet and kiss every new person he encounters. Rowan goes to work with me every day to the Fredericksburg Regional SPCA. He is a kitten nanny, a puppy socializer, and a body pillow for any sick or scared animal. Rowan has the biggest heart of any dog, and that's why you need to vote for him!
