Hello there, my name is Toby! I am a little over a year old and I am a black mouth cur mix, at least thats what they tell me. I was born in an animal shelter and then rescued from that shelter by the Fredericksburg SPCA, thats where my humans Chelsea and Diana found me! I love to run, play for hours, and eat everything in sight. I love Dog Crazy because the humans that work there give me lots of belly rubs and cookies if I'm good, and my favorite toy is from there (Moby, the monkey pictured).
