Five year old rescue, Pepper, has alopecia X on his body. He wears shirts for protection from sun and cold. He was a crated breeding stud in Texas. He didn’t know his name, affection, and wasn’t potty trained at age three. He is now living his best and most loved life as an emotional support pup here in the Pacific NW. He has a teeny tiny bark and a growl that sounds like the Jetson’s car.
