Your Pet's Bio/Story
Shadow was initially my foster, as part of a haul of hounds from Oklahoma to Colorado Greyhound adoption. The first time I saw him, he was peeing all over his front legs. I failed the foster when I fell in love with him. Hannah was rescued by Main Line Animal Rescue from a Pennsylvania puppy mill when she was about a year and a half. I was the first potential adopter to meet her - and the last. The two are really good buddies, as long as they know who is in charge: Shadow! Although neither pup is from DDFL, my first greyhound, and Heart dog, Willow, was adopted from the League's shelter in 1989, and will never be forgotten.
