Your Pet's Bio/Story
Spike was diagnosed with a terminal illness, GME, at age 2. His immune system was trying to digest his brain. He loved life and was a true fighter. He took 8 pills twice a day to suppress his immune system and prevent seizures. He never let his illness get him down. He was always happy to see us and he never knew a stranger. He loved everyone. He taught us about perseverance and true love. He lost his fight in June 2018 at the age of 5. It was the most heartbreaking loss we have ever endured but we were grateful to have had the honor of being his family for a short time. I hope he will be commemorated in this calendar. He gave so much while with us. We hope he can continue to give by being in a calendar for a great cause.
