About My Kitty
Jalapeño now known as Howie Peno is a Euclid Beach kitty that developed FIP around five months old. It took a long time for us to realize what was going on. He was eventually treated with GS but not until he lost the use of his back legs and his front legs are contracted. He does not know that he is disabled. He is very resourceful. He is just kind and strong and he adapted well to his disability. He can use his front legs to maneuver himself around and roll where he wants to go. He is so inspiring!
