Leo hung around outside my daughter’s fiancée’s apartment. When she would visit her fiancée, she would feed and sit with Leo and cry. She asked around and found no owner and he was not chipped. I kept him for a year, with 3 other cats, until my daughter leased her first apartment. His nickname is “best cat ever”. Some more than others steal your heart.
