Oskar (FKA Tito) was rescued from the streets of Cabo, Mexico by Casa Dog Rescue out of Puyallup 5 years ago. He's the chillest mini schnauzer you could meet. He doesn't bark and loves to go on walks with dad around town visiting local watering holes in downtown Edmonds in search of snacks.
