About Me
Phoebe is a 16-month-old recently adopted "work in progress"—albeit a loving and beautiful one. She is 98% Dr. Jekyll (sweet, loving, fast as lightning, athletic, smart as anything and funny) and 2% Mr. Hyde (jumps up on people, has spurts of “the zoomies,” and goes absolutely bonkers when she sees another dog while on a walk). But she had a rough start, comes upon her faults honestly and is heading in the right direction.
