What would you like people to know about your cat/dog?
When Franklin was found he was wrapped up in a live electric fence. He was a starving, terrorize, abused dog--just skin, bone, hair and heart worms. But now he is one of the happiest and loving dogs ever. Who also loves potato chips, boy does he love chips.
