Rules

1. Photos must be of a Fidelco dog (puppy, guide dog- working or retired, breed dog, or career changed dog).
2. Photos can only contain dogs- no people.
3. Photo visual descriptions and identification of all submissions are required.
• Submissions must include the name(s) of all the dogs and a description of the photo.
• Example of a visual description: Black and tan German Shepherd, "Rilke", lying on the sidewalk, tongue out, with waterway and railing behind her.
4. Photos need to be high-resolution digital files to be considered for a full month's image (suggested resolution is 3400x2500 pixels, and 300dpi).*
5. Fidelco approves the photos allowed to enter the contest.
6. Contest participants are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit photos. By submitting a photo, you affirm you are the photographer or have been given unrestricted use permission by the photographer.

*To be considered for inclusion in the Fidelco calendar, a high-resolution horizontal digital image of the winning photo must be available to send upon the end of the contest. A high-resolution file is 8 megapixels or larger, some cell phone photos may not qualify. If the winning photos do not meet the formatting criteria, Fidelco will highlight the photo in another platform, or arrange to use a different photo of the same dog(s) that will work.
