Rules
Entries:
- Each entry is $7 per dog *includes the gift of a PET BANDANNA, stop into any Branch to receive after registering*
- Limit of 1 dog per photo entry. A photo that shows 2 or more dogs will not be accepted. People are not allowed in the photos, only your pet. Photos that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win with no opportunity for a refund.
- All photos must be uploaded. We cannot accept printed photos. We cannot accept any copyrighted photos.
- The Submission Period starts at MIDNIGHT 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, August 1, 2025 and ends at NOON noon (12:00 PM Eastern Time) on Monday, August 25, 2025.
- Contest entry fees are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
- Entering more than one photo of your pet does not increase the chances of winning. The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top vote-getters.
- The same dog can only win once.
- A dog must have a minimum of 50 votes in order to win.
- All photos become the property of the FirstCap Gives Back Foundation. By submitting a photo, you acknowledge and give permission to the FirstCap Gives Back Foundation to use the name, story, and photo of the animal for marketing purposes.
Voting:
- The Voting Period starts at MIDNIGHT 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, August 1, 2025 and ends at NOON noon (12:00 PM Eastern Time) on Monday, August 25, 2025.
- Each $1 donation counts as 1 (one) vote. You can place all votes and monetary donations on one entry or divide them among multiple entries.
- All votes for photo submission will be tabulated and displayed online.
- All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
- FirstCap Gives Back is a 501(c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
- All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
- Winners will be announced on August 26, 2025 INTERNATIONAL DOG DAY
