I should be Charleston Area's Top Dog or Top Cat because...
He was a rescue from IBKC and was my Mom’s baby. She would hold him like a baby for hours, believed he did no wrong and all rules for the other cats did not apply to him. Mom passed away in 2019 after only having about 16 months with him.
