The Fix'Em Clinic is pleased to announce CHARLESTON AREA'S TOP DOG AND TOP CAT PHOTO CONTEST. This Photo Fundraiser is a meaningful way to celebrate your pet, and win significant prizes while supporting the Fix'Em Clinic's mission of providing low-cost spay, neuter, and wellness services to reduce animal suffering in WV.
We encourage you to share your entry by gathering friends, family, and co-workers to vote and help raise the funds that will be dedicated to providing free or discounted spay and neuter surgeries and wellness services!

First Place
The Top Dog and Top Cat vote-getters will both receive the following:- A $250 Cash Prize (Sponsored so your donation goes to Fix'Em Clinic)
- A photo session with Rafael Barker Professional Photography.
- A framed copy of the photo of the winners displayed in the lobby of the Fix'Em Clinic and then presented to the owners of the winning dog and cat.
- A professional grooming session sponsored by House of Hounds in Charleston.
- A gift basket filled with appropriate dog or cat goodies and goodies for the owner.
- Awards presented during a special presentation at the Charleston Regatta Wiener Dog Races on July 1, 2023 at approximately noon at Magic island Park. (Do not have to be present to win)
Second Place
The second place dog and cat will vote getters receive the following: - A $100 cash prize. (Sponsored so your donation goes to Fix'Em Clinic)
- A framed copy of the submitted photo.
- A gift basket filled with appropriate dog or cat goodies and goodies for the owner.
- Awards during a special presentation at the Charleston Regatta Wiener Dog Races on July 1, 2023 at approximately noon at Magic island Park. (Do not have to be present to win)

The Charleston Regional Spay Neuter Center dba Fix'Em Clinic opened in February, 2018, and is funded, approved, and mentored by the ASPCA. Fix'Em Clinic's mission is to provide High-Quality, High-Volume, Affordable Spay/Neuter and Wellness services as a humane, sustainable solution to the overpopulation of cats and dogs in a 26-county catchment area of southern WV. In alliance with our mission, we are dedicated to promoting spay/neuter and educating the community on its benefits to both the animals and the community.
Our vision is to end the euthanasia of adoptable cats and dogs, reduce the number of unwanted pets that end up in animal shelters and to minimize the number of abandoned and stray cats and dogs in our communities.
