Your Pet's Story or Bio
Balto is a husky shepherd mix born right here in Pima County and was rescued from an accidental backyard litter. His story has since been loosely adapted in a children’s book titled “Balto’s Big Day Out!” Balto struggles with follicular conjunctivitis and wears doggles for car rides and outdoor adventures. Balto is a total sweetheart and a pure bred good boy! He will be 6 years old next month. Fun fact: Balto has a plaque on the Friends of PACC Honor Wall!
