Lil Miss LuLu loves to dress up pretty and make appearances. She is part of Pinups for PACC, so you can always find her at thier fundraising events. She's always excited to meet new people and take pictures. She is a rescue dog, and her owner is so thankful to have found her. Adopted dogs are so thankful for thier new lives that they make the best dogs. She would like to encourage more people to adopt from PACC. And one wise man once said "help control the pet population.
