Elmo is a long time supporter of PACC. His compassion and empathy for his furry friends needing good homes led his Mommy to become an advocate for shelter pets. You can catch Elmo singing on the Festival stage during the Pets of Pima Parade or out and about with the "Pinups for PACC". He's a happy little guy who loves belly rubs, treats, cuddles, steak, running, and rolling around in the grass. Elmo is gearing up to become a certified service dog since he does such a great job helping his 2 legged baby Brother with the challenges he faces. Elmo would love to win your vote, but spreading adoption & foster awareness to help his friends makes his heart the most happy. VOTE FOR ELMO 2026!!! ❤️
