I adopted Sophie on January 21, 2021 from PACC.
Sophie had a brother, Tyson, a tan Pit Bull, and they came as a pair-I adopted them both. Unfortunately, after 4 months, Tyson was diagnosed with Cancer. After his passing, Sophie and I developed a very deep connection and she’s such an amazing girl. She understands everything without me saying a word and reads my facial expressions and knows exactly my thoughts. It’s truly amazing and she’s a great protector of me. She loves playing tug o war with her toys and she kept Tyson’s favorite toy without any damage for an entire year-she’d carry it around the house -she truly missed her brother. But now she has a sister, Izzy who I adopted a year after losing Tyson. It took a while for Sophie to adjust, but now they are loving sisters.
