Comments/Description/Why Your Husky or Husky Mix Photo Should Win
These three amigos are all rescues and have been brightening our family’s life for several years. Kai and Seema are purebred Siberian Huskies and Django is a husky mix. They are a happy pack and go hiking with me in our local mountains 5-8 miles per week. Django is the leader among them and is the largest, at 92 pounds. Kai, our youngest, is a 90-pound red husky, and little Seema, our only female, weighs in at just 50 pounds. Kai and Django came to our family from shelters, and Seema was adopted out to us from a family who could no longer keep her. We love our pack!

Rescue Shout Out
Django came to us from the Spartanburg, SC Animal Shelter. Kai was adopted from the Yancey County Humane Society Animal Shelter.
