Short Bio / Story
My name is Hazel, but they used to call me Lime when I first came to Florida. When I was just a baby, I was found as a stray in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, and brought to Florida. My parents adopted me when I was only 8 months old. I was very fearful of many things, including men, boxes, people carrying things, and sudden movements. Now, I am a very brave girl and love everyone! I still worry sometimes, but I am super sweet and a big love bug. I LOVE TO RUN!! My humans aren’t as fast as me though, so I just drag them behind. I love to go on adventures, play in the sand and plots in the water. I have floppy ears, but when they stand up they are like satellites. I also have one crooked ear, but everyone loves it!
