Short Bio / Story
Roxie Braveheart, is a 4 years old spectacular ShihTzu. Photo is a collage of her first year in rescue. I adopted her in June of 2024….she was part of a large group of dogs that were pulled out of a Missouri puppy mill. She lived in a cage for her first 3 years of life, probably just making babies. She was super scared when I brought her home and did not know how to walk outside on a leash, or play with toys, or even sleep in a dog bed (she wouldn’t go in any of the beds I have down for about a week). She has come a long way this past year. She walks amazing outside, she loves her toys and she will go into her beds, but at night she sleeps in the big bed with me (she prefers that the best…lol). She’s even flown (in cabin with me, of course) to NY to visit family. She’s just so amazing, beautiful and smart!!! Thanks for considering us!!
