Rules

This contest is open to anyone. Please, only submit a photo of your own dog, or of a dog from whose owner you have permission.
Contest begins at 7:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Monday, July 17, 2023, and ends at 10:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Thursday, August 17, 2023.
No votes will be counted after contest closes. No exceptions.
Votes must register online to be counted. Friends of Fort McHenry is not responsible for user error, slow servers or issues that may prevent votes from processing.
Votes are $1 each. There is no limit on the number of votes one can buy.
All photos must be uploaded. Sorry, we cannot accept hard copies.
Please submit as clear and sharp a photo as you can! We want your pup’s photo to be very clear if it is in our calendar. Please tell us a little about your dog’s story, if you would like.
By submitting a photo of your dog, you give Friends of Fort McHenry rights to use entered images without compensation.
The dog who gets the most votes will be featured on the cover of the calendar. There are multiple spots available to win; some months might feature more than one dog.
Friends of Fort McHenry is a program of the Living Classrooms Foundation, a 501(c )(3) organization so you're donations are tax deductible. They're also non-refundable. Friends of Fort McHenry is the official Friends group for Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine.
