Pet’s Story or Bio
Suzy is a 16-year old mini-Dachshund mix with a big heart and an indomitable spirit! We adopted her from FFTF in 2020. She used to tunnel out of the yard of her former home in Roswell to explore the town. Suzy enjoys mealtime dances as the spoon taps her bowl, getting truly offended if a visiting dog gets fed first! If she could, she'd chase every passing car, bike and scooter, scolding them with her raucous bark. Her favorite day includes a car ride with us, a leisurely walk with lots of sniffing, and a patient wait in the car while we dine out, knowing she'll be rewarded with tasty tidbits-preferably chicken tandoori! She hates being picked up; instead, she jumps into her bed, waiting to be carried to the car like a queen upon her litter. We call her Suzy Sunshine for all the love she shines upon us!
