Rosie is 11 1/2 years young, I adopted her when she was a mischievous 2 yr old. She and her brother, Tucker, who we lost to Lymphoma nearly 2 years ago got me hooked on Bassets. Before I knew it, there were 4!

Rosie is the most amazing girl! She is gentle, funny, sweet, sassy, goofy, beautiful, and smart with a never give up attitude. She knows what time dinner is and is sure to remind me, lest I forget :)

Not only is Rosie a 5 year cancer survivor but just 16 months ago she suffered a slipped disc and couldn't walk. It was a scary time but we worked very hard, together, to get her out of pain and walking again. Today, not only can she walk, she can run, spin circles, roll over, and do everything she did before the injury. Teamwork, it's a glorious thing!

I have no doubt it was Rosie's attitude that got her through those tough times. She is an inspiration to me and I am proud to be her Mom.

I am forever grateful to rescue for bringing us together. Thank you for voting for my best friend, Rosie, and supporting GGBR!
