I adopted Liberty Bella from the Placer SPCA where she was an owner surrender at 8 years old. I had recently lost my beloved Emma Jeanne and was ready to for another rescue basset. I worked with GGBR who were extremely supportive in helping me bring Liberty Bella home. While rubbing her belly she looks like she is swimming with her front paws, I just have to say "swim swim" and she is paddling away! So cute:)
