Affectionately called "Big Ol' Sam", Sam is a pure mutt with a big heart. Those who don't believe in love at first sight weren't around to see Sam's Mama laying eyes on him for the first time...from there, he became her photography muse, adventure buddy, and fellow napping professional. Sam was, and still is, her best birthday present ever.

A little over a year ago, his Mama had to leave him with her parents when she moved to Kansas. Now, Sam is living the lake life at home in New York where he enjoys a slower pace with his grandpaw-rents and spends his time watching over the 4 other pets he shares his home with. His Mama misses him dearly and would love to be able to see him on the wall at Great Plains, closing the distance between them.
