Your Pup's Story or Bio
Abandoned in the fields of western Kentucky, Miles was not even a year old and left to survive on his own. He was rescued by a kind person who witnessed a farmer shooting at him (well Miles was extra curious about the farmer's chickens). I saw Miles' dirty paws and goofy smile and fell in love with his Adopt a Pet profile and him while I was looking for a rescue pet to adopt online. He has been everything the rescue operation told me he would be: absolutely wonderful with little children, all adults, other dogs, and my cats. Moreover, he has been a quick learner when it comes to shaking hands, sitting, and waiting to go outside or be fed. We are hoping to help him become a therapy dog someday for he possesses the kindness and mild-mannered nature that would make him be a good one.
