• The winners of the photo contest will be determined by the top 13 entrants that get the most votes.
• The top 13 vote getters will have their pet professionally photographed by Cherry Willow Photography for the 2026 calendar.
• The participant with the most votes will win the coveted cover photo for the 2026 calendar.  The next 12 place winners will have their dog featured as a pet of the month inside the calendar.
• All winners will have the opportunity to purchase products and digital images following their mini session, or can choose to upgrade to a full experience photoshoot package with increased time and agreed upon location at discounted rate, if desired.

***If your pet is one of the 13 to be photographed for the calendar, you must be able to bring your pet to travel to specified location as decided by photographer within the Westchester/Dutchess area between September-October 2025 for a professional photo session. If you are unable to commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to these pre-selected location, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote getter will take your pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.

One pet each week who receives the highest number of new votes for a particular week will win a mini-contest prize from one or more of the participating businesses. In the event of a tie for that week's most votes or if there are no new votes for that week, a random computerized drawing will be held for all eligible pets.

• Each entry for calendar submission is $10.00.
• Limit of 1 dog per photo entry. People and other dogs/pets are not allowed in the photo, only the one dog being entered. Photos that do not follow these rules will not be eligible to win with no opportunity for a refund.
• All photos must be digital uploads; we cannot accept printed photos. We cannot accept any copyrighted or professional photos.
• The Submissions Period starts at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, August 1, 2025 and ends at 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Sunday, August 31, 2025.
• Any photograph that includes content that is deemed inappropriate or indecent, as determined by Cherry Willow Photography in its sole discretion, will be removed from the contest with no opportunity for a refund.
• We do not allow posting more than one photo of your pet.  Only one submission for each pet will be permitted.
• We cannot accept photos with digital overlays, photo stickers, doodles or any digital effects.
  
  

• Each $1.00 donation counts as one (1) vote.
• There is no limit to the number of votes you may cast for the duration of the contest.
• You must purchase a minimum of 5 votes for $5.00
• You can cast your votes for different pets.
• All donations from voting are non-refundable. Entries and donations must be made via the online contest page. Contest payments online are through a secure site.
• Contest votes are tax deductible. The email acknowledgment to your online donation serves as your tax receipt.
• All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding.
• The Voting Period starts at 9:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, August 1, 2025 and ends at 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Sunday, August 31, 2025.
  
  

• The top 13 vote getters will have their dog professionally photographed by Cherry Willow Photography at a location of the photographers choice during September and October 2025. 
• If you are unable to commit to a photo session during those times or find yourself unable to travel to these pre-selected locations, you forfeit your winning and the next top vote getter will take your pet's spot in the calendar, no exceptions.
• The top vote recipient will win the coveted cover photo for the 2026 calendar. The following 12 recipients with the most votes will be eligible to have their pet featured as a pet of the month.
• The photographer, Cherry Willow Photography, will choose the best image of the pets to be used in the calendar, as well as which month that image will appear.  No Exceptions.
  
  

• The pet receiving the highest number of new votes each week over the course of the 4-week contest will win a mini-contest prize from one or more of the participating businesses.
• Each pet may only win a weekly mini-contest once.
• In the event of a tie, a random computerized draw will be held between the highest vote getters of the week to determine that week's winner.
  
  

• By submitting a photo entry, you warrant and represent that your entry is your own original work created by you and that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your entry materials. If you submit an entry that is copyrighted by another individual, you are responsible for any legal action the copyright holder takes against you.
• Once photos are entered, you grant HLAR & Cherry Willow Photography the right to use them at its discretion for print and marketing purposes.
• By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Happy Life Animal Rescue and Cherry Willow Photography and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
