Jasper is a rescue, who lost his tail on the streets as a stray. They planned to vaccinate, neuter and treat him but he adapted so well to being an indoor cat he was put up for adoption and I thank my lucky stars everyday I found him. Jasper loves to talk and has a funny , loveable personality. He enjoys watching the birds outside, being brushed and loving on his momma.
