Entering the Contest:

Photo entry begins at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, June 27, 2022, and concludes at 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 17, 2022.
The contest is open to everyone – your furry friend does not have to be a HART alumni!
In fairness to all entries, the cover winner from our previous contest will not be eligible to win the 2023 cover spot, but will be eligible to win one of the 12 monthly calendar pages. Previous monthly winners will be eligible to win the 2023 cover or one of the monthly pages.
Entry/Donation fee is $5.00 per photo entry. You may enter as many photos as you wish of each of your pets, however, votes will not be combined across multiple entries of the same pet or pet family. Each photo earns votes separately.
If you enter your pet(s) more than once using different photos, only the photo receiving the most votes can be in the top 13 winning photos, if applicable.
More than one pet may be included in the photo. No wildlife should be included in your photo and your pet must be depicted in a safe environment in all entries.
To protect your privacy, people ARE NOT allowed in the photos.
No professional/copyrighted or digitally altered (other than basic adjustments, e.g., color adjustment, cropping) photos will be accepted.
Please ensure your photos are clear and of good quality and resolution. Capture your pet's best smile and personality!
HART reserves the right to decline publication of any photo for any reason. If this happens, you will be notified and if you cannot provide an appropriate replacement, your entry fee will be refunded, if requested.
All photo entries become the property of HART and may be used for purposes of marketing this contest both online and in print across multiple media sites.
By participating in this contest, all entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Homeless Animal Rescue Team (HART) of Cincinnati, Inc., and each of the officers/directors/representatives/volunteers/agents from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the contest and/or receipt or use of any prize.

Online Voting:

Voting begins at 9:01 p.m. on Sunday, July 17, 2022, and concludes at 9 p.m. on Sunday, August 7, 2022.
Voting is open to everyone and they may submit as many votes for as many entries as they wish during the voting period. Votes are submitted online and cost $1.00 each.
Votes are electronically tabulated and displayed on the contest platform (though there may be a brief delay from the time a vote is submitted until it is reflected in the count). All votes submitted prior to the conclusion of the voting period will be counted – the final vote totals shown on the contest platform will be official and reflect the winner and runners-up.
Spread the word! Tell your family and friends about the contest and share the contest link with them. Encourage them to vote and vote often for your furry friend – and remember, 100% of the profits from this contest support the HART animals!
