Dog's Story or Bio
Harvey was rescued in early February 2018 after spending 7 years of his life as a breeding dog in a puppy mill. He is riddled with PTSD yet every day brings something new for him. He loves watching other dogs but initiating play is still difficult for him. He has a prime comfy spot in the house with an amazingly fluffy bed by the front window. This is his spot! He willingly shares it with any other dogs in the house and loves the snuggles. Harvey’s eyes tell his story. He knows he is loved now. ❤️
