Queen Victoria is a wonderfully gentle soul who came into IBR after being dumped in rural Kentucky along with two of her kids. She entered in deplorable condition, and sadly we learned that in addition to being heartworm positive and being deaf, she is also full of suspicious masses. She has had her ups and downs, but through it all she continues to share her sweet personality and sassy bark. Her Foster Mom (me!) is crazy about her and will continue to spoil her with Pupacinos and warm beds during her hospice care.
