Tell Us About Your Pet
During his first visit I Toby was special. He's been through a lot. He's been neglected. After he was rescued, he started receiving treatment for RMSF and surrounded by packs of dogs. Heaven!

When we adopted him as our only dog, however, all of his old insecurities crept back. Being "alone" represented the 5 years of isolation he suffered in an outdoor kennel. He developed a very strong attachment to the only alpha around: me. He didn't want to be alone. His separation anxiety was awful. Anxiety peeing. Resistance to being crated. Crying, barking, clawing at the walls and doors. Fear of the yard (invisible fence sounded and felt a lot like the field training he dreaded so much...) Woof!

He's made an amazing turnaround since. This sweet little guy has a heart of gold and is starting to trust. We're so happy to have him in our lives!
