Welcome to our inaugural pet photo calendar contest! We’re pleased to share this opportunity to show off our pets, the companions that have been shown to boost mental health! Whether they have paws or hooves, feathers or scales, all pets are invited to participate in this contest benefiting mental health services in southern Colorado.
The top 12 vote-getters will be featured as a Pet of the Month model in the first-ever Health Solutions Calendar. The owner of the overall top vote-getter will also have the distinct honor of picking which month their pet appears.
Every submitted photo will earn a spot in our calendar! For example, if you are not a top vote-getter, your pet’s image will still appear in a photo collage with other animal friends.
While submissions are free, you can show your support by voting. Each vote costs $1. All proceeds from this contest will go towards the Health Solutions Client Fund and Outreach Events. By voting for a pet, you’re directly contributing to awareness and access to vital services in southern Colorado.
Reserve a Day to Honor Your PetJust want a guaranteed spot in the calendar? Reserve a day to honor your pet. This can be for your pet's adoption anniversary, birthday, loved one's birthday, memorial or really any special day! Your pet's photo will appear on the day of your choice. Just choose your favorite photo and then choose the day and pay! First come first served! Once a date has been reserved, it will no longer be available.

The top three vote-getters will receive the opportunity to schedule a professional pet photo shoot with the in-house photographer at Health Solutions.
Winners will be announced on June 3rd, 2026.
How to Submit Photos:
- The entry period is 9:00 AM (Mountain Time) on Monday, May 4, 2026, until 8:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
- There is no submission fee, and you may submit as many photos as you like!
- To submit photos, click on the Participate tab above and follow the directions to upload a photograph of your pet. We only accept entries that are submitted through this site.
All photos become the property of Health Solutions. By entering this contest, you agree to allow Health Solutions to use your photo on social media and in a 2027 calendar.
Eligible Photos:
- Photos must be high resolution. A resolution of 3650 pixels x 2740 pixels is preferred for printing purposes.
- Acceptable photo formats are: .jpg and .png
- Photos may contain one or more pets.
- Photos must contain only pets (no humans featured).
- Horizontal (landscape) format is preferred.
- Health Solutions will review all submitted photos before they appear on the contest webpage. Health Solutions reserves the right to deny any photos that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Vote For Your Favorites!
- Approved photos will appear in the gallery on the contest webpage and will be open for voting from 9:00 AM (Mountain Time) on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, until 8:00 PM (Mountain Time) on Tuesday, June 2, 2026.
- Votes are $1 each. You can vote for your pet's photo as many times as you and your friends and family wish! To vote online, click on the Participate tab above.
- All votes are donations to Health Solutions and are tax-deductible.
