Rules

Each photo entry should be of rescue dog(s)/cat(s) or dogs dressed in their best outfit or costume; your pet does not have to be a HELP the Animals (HELP) pet. Submit your photo with a minimum $5 tax deductible donation for each photo entry. You may enter as many times as you like.
Costumes may not be for every pet. Some animals are fine with being dressed up, others are absolutely too high-strung or nervous, so it's probably best not to stress them out. If your pet is okay with wearing a costume (at least long enough so you can get the photo together!), the American Veterinary Medical Association says to make sure the costume doesn't interfere with your pet's sight, hearing, breathing, or mouth. Make sure strings or costume parts aren't too tight on necks or impeding movement. And never, ever leave your pet unsupervised while he or she is dressed up. (Adapted from MSN article)
Submit a photo of your pet(s) decked out in their best duds. Include your pet's name(s), your name and address (address will not be displayed only city and State), and an introduction telling us a little something about your pet. If your pet is a rescue, please consider sharing your rescue story. Please limit intro to 100 words or less.
All submissions must be of good digital quality to retain detail when enlarged. Entry photo must be animal only – no people. Multiple pets can appear in the picture. — 300 dpi or higher in TIFF or JPG format — and no greater than 5MB.
Any photo submission that does not comply with the above rules, or is deemed of inappropriate or inhumane content, will be disqualified by HELP the Animals constest coordinator.
All winners will be determined by electronic vote tabulations under the supervision of GoGo Photo Contest, whose decisions are final and binding. Voting requires a minimum donation of $5 ($1/vote).
All photos become the property of HELP the Animals and may be used as needed at the rescue's discretion.
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless HELP and the contest Sponsors and each of their respective officers, directors, representatives, volunteers and agents (the Released Parties) from and against any claims of any nature arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize.
The Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
