This year's H.E.L.P. Calendar Contest is back and better than ever with new options and entries! All funds raised are donations to help our program, horses, facilities, and staff.
We are thrilled to announce the theme for this year's calendar:
Strength in Saddles!
This edition is all about celebrating the resilience, joy, and deep connections at the heart of our mission. The main featured images will take you right into the arena, showcasing our incredible horses, inspiring riders, dedicated volunteers, and the powerful moments of daily life in our program.
Plus, a special shoutout to our photo contest winners—their fantastic shots will be featured right in the calendar grid spaces!

- Entry fees include 1 printed calendar for the top 12 fundraisers
- Top 12 fundraisers will provide a photo to be featured in a grid space of one month in the printed calendar

H.E.L.P. Calendar Photo Contest Rules
Location Requirements:
Everyone regardless of location is encourage to enter with ANY PET (horse, dog, lizard, ALL ACCEPTED).
Judging Criteria:
The winners will be selected based on the number of votes at the end of the calendar contest.
Prizes:
The top 12 photo entries will be featured in the 2027 H.E.L.P. Calendar and receive a complimentary copy of the 2027 calendar.
Entry Fees:
There is no fee to enter the calendar contest.
Deadlines:
Submission Deadline: July 14th, 2026
Voting Period: July 15th-July 31st, 2026
Winners Announced: August 1st, 2026
Photo Submission Guidelines:
- Photos must be appropriate for all audiences. Content that is offensive, explicit, or otherwise unsuitable for family viewing will be disqualified.
- Photos must be full-color and not heavily filtered, edited or altered.
- Photos with professional photographer watermarks will not be eligible to be included in the calendar.
- The contest is open to any type of PET-THEMED photo, as long as the pet featured belongs to you or you have permission to submit photos featuring a pet owned by someone else.
- Photos can include ANY PETS in any setting and may include their owners/entry participants. Open to all individuals, regardless of photography experience. Participants do not need to be photographers to enter the contest.
- TOP 12 FUNDRAISERS GRID SPACE PHOTO REQUIREMENTS: Photos must be high-resolution (300 dpi or greater) and be in landscape (horizontal) format to be considered for a month in the calendar.
H.E.L.P. reserves the right to use the submitted images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and event marketing. Participants will be credited when their photos are used. By entering, participants grant H.E.L.P. permission to use the images in marketing and fundraising materials.
Notification:
- Winners will be notified via email and announced on H.E.L.P. social media channels.
- Entrants are responsible for providing a valid email.
- If a winner does not respond within 7 business days, a new winner will be selected.
Liability:
H.E.L.P. is not responsible for lost, late, or damaged submissions. Participants enter at their own risk.
