Ginger was born with juvenile cataracts, which makes it hard for her to see anything except for shadows. Since this made her of no value to the breeder, she was taken to be euthanized at 3 mos old. A friend of mine working at the vets office saved her from that awful fate w/the intention to find her a furever home. Honestly, I didn't want another dog (I already had 4 corgis, which included 2 seniors w/special needs), but w/hesitation 6 weeks later I adopted her. From the moment I saw her, I loved her knowing I made the right decision. There wasn't much of a break-in period, as she fit in well w/the rest of the pack. It's now down to a pack of 3, and she follows them everywhere. Though she has a disability, it's hard to tell most of the time as she gets around quite well. Ginger loves to run, play, is VERY energetic, and has a great temperament. As for that breeder, your loss, my gain.....
