Suzy is the sweetest girl to ever come out of HHDR! :) She's come a long way since her rescue in July 2016, she was at first very well behaved but would often have submissive issues and be very uncomfortable around other dogs, to a point where she'd even lash out sometimes. We figured her many scars had a lot to do with a rough past with other animals. But we've kept her going with lots of positive social interactions, and she's become super friendly around other dogs, especially her friends around our neighborhood! She has such a wonderful and kind demeanor, she's turned both of my parents around who never liked dogs. She is the joy of our lives and rescuing her was the best decision we've ever made. Joe and JP
