Bowie came to us from a Texas. He was surrendered because, as we found out later, he was chasing the neighbors cows. He was brought here to Syracuse at the perfect time in my families lives. Everyone that meets him can't help but fall in love with those big eyes and that smile. He's an absolute love bug and is always is up for a good belly rub.
