Pet's Story or Bio
Gilbert was found crouching in the middle of a busy highway as a tiny, almost starved kitten and brought to the HAHS almost 10 years ago. It took several months of extensive vet and foster care to nurse him back to health, but Grant and I fell in love with him early in the process. He continues to have some respiratory issues and needs lots of holding, cuddling, squeezing and petting. In other words, he is the “purrfect” lap cat! He has lots of human friends and we all love him dearly. Even so....Gilbert is the boss of his feline companion Sullivan and we humans too!
