Pheffer is an affectionate mixed breed boy. He loves to explore and chew the occasional cable and sometimes the wall. His favorite treat is oatmeal cookie and his favorite toy is a small stuffed bunny that he enjoys grooming. He lives with three of his siblings three cats who he enjoys chasing and a dog all are rescues.
