We fostered Pepper through the Houston SPCA during Harvey and it’s aftermath. Pepper was very sick when she came to us, and as the winds howled outside we cuddled her little body and didn’t know if she would make it. But she recovered just as Houston has and went on to be adopted into a loving family a month later. Houston is strong and so is she!
