YOUR pooch! YES, We know all photos of your dog are amazing!!! BUT, do you have an image that is not only beautiful, but somehow captures the personality, beauty and soul of your beloved fur-babe(s) that also shows them livin' "a dog's life? We want
THAT photo!

How it works:
Enter your photogenic pup by submitting their most amazing picture online – each entry is $25 which reserves your very own copy of the
2022 HRAAD Art of Bark - It's A Dog's Life Calendar.
Once your picture has been entered email the voting page to your friends and family and ask them to vote for your pup. Share the voting page on your social media asking followers to vote. Share your entry and encourage others to vote, vote, vote! Let people know that their votes help save lives. Just $1 per vote!
Your Participation Helps Local Dogs
As if you needed another reason to get involved, let's talk about the biggest reason for participating in the 3rd annual HRAAD Art of Bark - It's A Dog's Life calendar photo contest — community dogs in need! This event is a fundraiser for Hood River Adopt a Dog whose goal is to provide the most loving care, best medical services, "fur-ever" adoption services, community assisted spay, neuter, emergency medical and food assistance to Gorge area dogs.
The COVID-19 pandemic has severely impacted monetary support and the overall operations for our organization. We need your support now more than ever to continue doing great work in our community. While this is a tough time for all of us, let's dig deep, raise some money, and have some fun in the process.Every dollar makes a difference in the lives of homeless dogs.

Top Dog Prize:
The top voted winning photo will win their very own photo shoot with professional lifestyle photographer John Laptad
(www.johnlaptad.com) that will be the featured covered photo for the 2022 Art of Bark - "It's A Dog's Life" Calendar. Additionally, the winning dog's owner will receive a unique & professionally framed 8x10 copy of the cover photo PLUS a limited edition HRAAD Art of Bark t-shirt.
2nd & 3rd Place Prize:
The second and third top voted winning dog photos dog owners will receive a unique & professionally framed 5x7 copy of the winning photo.
Reserve a Date Block in the Calendar to Honor Your Pet!
Honor a pet, pet's memory or other hallmark when you reserve a date block for their photo. Just choose one favorite photo, choose a date, and donate! First come, first served - only 60 spots available. Each date block requires a $15 donation.
